100g | Vermicelli 米粉 |
100ml | Fresh Coconut Milk 椰奶 |
300ml | Water 清水 |
1/2 teaspoon | Salt 盐 |
250g | Grated Coconut 椰肉 (磨碎) |
Method 做法
1. Boil the water in pot. Add vermicelli and coconut milk, simmer till vermicelli turns soft.
2. Mix grated coconut with salt. Steam for 2 minutes.
3. Serve the vermicelli with grated coconut and brown sugar.
