250g | Pork Ribs 排骨 |
8 to 10 | Large Mushrooms 香菇 |
5 to 8 whole pieces | Dried Scallop 干贝 |
10g | Wolfberries 枸杞子 |
2 litres | Water 水 |
A pinch | Salt 盐 |
Method 做法
1. Blanch pork ribs in boiling water. If you are using dried mushrooms, soak in water for 30 minutes.De-skin radish and cut into slices.
2. Boil water. Place all ingredients in soup pot, boil for 2 hours.
3. Season with salt before serving.
