Ingredients 用料
1-1/2 cup (195g) | Plain Flour 面粉 |
1-1/4 cup (295ml) | Milk 鲜奶 |
1 | Large Egg 鸡蛋 |
2 tablespoons | Sugar 糖 |
1 tablespoon | Baking Powder 发粉 |
3/4 teaspoon | Salt 盐 |
2 tablespoons | Melted Butter 牛油 |
1 teaspoon | Vanilla Essence 香草精 |
Method 做法
1. Mix sugar, egg, salt, oil and milk in a mixing bowl. Add in flour, vanilla essence, melted butter and baking powder, stir the mixture until smooth (no lumps).
2. Heat some oil in wok. Reduce to medium heat. Put 2 spoonful of pancake mixture into wok. Flip over when the bottom layer hardens.
3. Serve with maple syrup, butter or fruits to your liking.
