2 small packs | Enoki Mushroom 金针菇 |
1 | Red Chili 红辣椒 |
1 | Onion (diced) 洋葱 |
1 tablespoon | Oyster Sauce 耗油 |
100ml | Water 水 |
Method 做法
1. Heat up oil in wok. Fry diced onion in medium heat till turn golden brown.
2. Add Enoki Mushroom and chili to fry. Add water and Oyster sauce for taste. Add a little pepper. Serve.
