Ingredients 用料
200g | Beef (minced) 牛肉碎 |
200g | Pork (minced) 猪肉碎 |
100g | Beancurd 豆腐 |
1 large | Onion (finely diced) 洋葱 |
1 tablespoon | Sesame Oil 麻油 |
5 cloves | Garlic (diced) 蒜蓉 |
1/2 teaspoon | Sea Salt 海盐 |
A little | Pepper |
For Sauce
1 1/2 tablespoon | Soy Sauce 酱清 |
1 1/2 | Red Wine 红酒 |
1 teaspoon | Brown Sugar 黑糖 |
1 teaspoon | Honey 蜂蜜 |
2 slices | Ginger (finely diced) 姜蓉 |
1/2 | Onion (sliced)洋葱条 |
Method 做法
1. Mix minced beef, minced pork, beancurd, onion, sesame oil, garlic, salt and pepper in a large bowl.
2. Heat oil in frying pan. Use a spoon to knead the meat into a 3cm diameter patty each. Fry the patty both sides in high heat for a short while. Reduce to medium heat to cook the patty.
3. Place the cook patty on a plate.
4. To prepare the sauce, heat the clean frying pan. Heat oil, fry sliced onions for a short while. Add soy sauce, red wine, brown sugar, honey and ginger. Bring the sauce to boil.
5. Pour sauce on cooked meat patty. Serve.
