Ingredients 用料
20g | Roselle 洛神花 |
40g | Hawthorn 山楂 |
100g | Rock Sugar 冰糖 |
250ml | Water 水 |
Method 做法
1. Rinse Roselle and Hawthorn. Put them in the water and bring to boil. When the water starts to boil, turn the flame down and simmer for about an hour and a half. Add rock sugar and stir till it dissolves.
2.Serve with ice cubes for a refreshing drink. It can also be drunk hot. Helps in digestion.
