Ingredients 用料
10 | Chicken Wings (without drumlets) 鸡翅 |
3 tablespoons | Light Soya Sauce 酱清 |
1 tablespoon | Dark Soya Sauce 酱油 |
6 tablespoons | Chinese Rice Wine 花雕酒 |
2 stalks | Lemongrass 香茅 |
1 tablespoon | Sesame Oil 麻油 |
1 large thumb size | Ginger (sliced) 姜片 |
Method 做法
1. Rinse chicken wings, drain dry.
2. Season chicken wings with all the ingredients at least 30 minutes (preferably overnight in the refrigerator)
3. Preheat oven to 200 degree Centigrade. Put chicken wings to grill for 10 minutes. Turn chicken wings to grill for another 10 minutes.
4. Add remaining sauce onto chicken and grill for 2 minutes. Serve.
Optional:
1. Add 1 tablespoon of chilli sauce to marinate.
