Ingredients 用料
| 600g | Chicken Bone 鸡骨 |
| 1 | Green Radish 青萝卜 |
| 1 | Carrot 红萝卜 |
| 2 | Potatoes 马铃薯 |
| 1 | Corn 玉米 |
| 2 tablespoons | 南杏北杏 |
| 3 | 蜜枣 |
| 2 tablespoons | 陈皮 |
| A pinch | Salt 盐 |
| 2 litres | Water 水 |
Method 做法
1. Wash all ingredients. Cut into large pieces.
2. Boil all ingredients. Reduce to low hear and cook for 3 hours.
3. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve.
