Ingredients 用料
4 small | Green Apples 青苹果 |
5 tablespoons | Hawthorn 山楂 |
3 tablespoons | Rock Sugar 冰糖 |
2 litres | Water 水 |
Method 做法
1. Wash and de-core green apples. Cut into cubes. Rinse Hawthorn. Put them in the water and bring to boil. When the water starts to boil, turn the flame down and simmer for about an hour and a half. Add rock sugar and stir till it dissolves. Serve.
