| 250g | Chicken (Wings, Drumlets) 鸡块 |
| 3 tablespoons | Light Soya Sauce 酱清 |
| 1 tablespoon | Sesame Oil 麻油 |
| A dash | Pepper 胡椒粉 |
| 6 slices | Ginger 姜片 |
| 1 can | Coke 可乐 |
Method 做法
1. Marinade chicken (wings, drumlets or drumsticks) with light soya sauce, sesame oil and pepper for 1 hour, or more.
2. Place ginger slices at the bottom of the ricecooker. Put chicken on top of ginger, pour remaining sauces into the ricecooker. Pour a can of coke into the ricecooker. Set the ricecooker to cook rice mode.
3. Serve.
