Ingredients 用料
225g | Flour 面粉 |
55g | Butter 牛油 |
1 | Egg Yolk 鸡蛋黄 |
1 small pot | Yogurt 乳酪 |
30g | Grated Cheddar Cheese |
1/2 teaspoon | Salt 盐 |
1 teaspoon | Baking Powder |
Method 做法
1. Mix the flour, baking powder, cheddar cheese, and salt.
2. Rub in the butter.
3. Mix the yogurt into the bowl of flour. Knead into a soft dough.
4. Roll out 2cm thick and cut with a round cutter. Brush with the whisked egg yolk.
5. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
6. Serve with butter and jam.
