1 cup | Plain Flour 面粉 |
1 1/2 tablespoon | Butter (melted) 牛油 |
1/3 cup | Sugar 白糖 |
1 teaspoon | Baking Powder |
1/2 teaspoon | Baking Soda |
1/4 teaspoon | Salt |
1/2 cup | Yogurt 乳酪 |
1/3 cup | Milk 鲜奶 |
1/3 cup | Blueberries 蓝莓 |
Method 做法
1. Mix flour, sugar, baking poweder, baking soda and salt.
2. Stir in yogurt, milk, melted butter and berries until mixed well.
3. Preheat the oven to 204 degrees Celsius.
4. Fill 2/3 of muffin paper with mixture. Grease top with remaining melted butter.
5. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Serve warm.
