Ingredients 用料
1 | Egg 鸡蛋 |
25g | Caster Sugar 幼糖 |
30g | Walnut (Crushed and Toasted) 核桃 |
2 | Ripe Bananas (mashed) 香蕉 |
45g | All Purpose Flour(Sifted) 面粉 |
A pinch | Salt 盐 |
A pinch | Baking Soda 小苏打 |
Method 做法
1. Beat egg and mashed bananas. Add sugar and mix well.
2. Sift in all purpose flour, salt and baking soda. Mix well.
3. Add walnut, stir evenly.
4. Pour the mixture into non-stick baking mould (or greased mould). Bake in an oven preheated to 175 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes on until cooked. Serve.
