Ingredients 用料
2 cups | Macaroni 通心粉 |
1/2 cup | Milk 鲜奶 |
1/4 cup | Stock (any) 上汤 |
1 teaspoon | Salt 盐 |
1 tablespoon | Oil 油 |
4 to 5 tablespoons | Cheese (any: Grated Cheddar, Parmesan, Mozzarella) 乳酪 |
1 tablespoon | Flour 面粉 |
1 | Onion (chopped) 大葱 |
8 pieces | Crab Stick (Optional) 蟹肉 |
Method 做法
1. Boil water in pot. Add salt and 1 tablespoon of oil with macaroni (ensure that the water is enough to cover the macaroni). Simmer for 20 minutes or until the macaroni turns soft. Drain and set aside.
2. Mix milk, stock, flour and a pinch of salt well.
3. In a baking tray, place macaroni, onion and crab sticks and cheese. Pour mixture into the baking tray. Sprinkle remaining cheese.
4. Bake at 170 degrees Celsius for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve.
